About Me

Sensorimotor Art Therapist & Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. BSW, BA

Hi, I’m Eva, I am passionate about supporting others through creative exploration and I am a qualified Sensorimotor Art Therapist, & Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.

When I’m not out in the bush hiking or swimming in the Yarra, I love to play with all kinds of colorful and sensory art materials. What I love about Art Therapy is you don’t have to know anything or have any experience to have a go! Everyone is welcome here.

One of the most important roles I have is to the help you feel as comfortable as possible, and to create a warm, safe and healing space. Though working together, I will gently guide you to express your personal journey through a range of materials. Each session will be tailored to your needs and direction with my guidance and support. Through working together we can explore ways to find grounding, create calm, tap into your inner strength and creative positive real life changes and growth in your life. I am so looking forward to sharing my passion for Art Therapy with you.

What Can Art Therapy Help with?

Art therapy helps us work through our emotions without having to rely on using language and words.

Art Therapy can support to gain clarity in life, access increased wellbeing, feel supported to explore different parts of yourself and build positive skills to support your emotions and everyday life.
