About Me
Hi, I’m Jess, founder and principal psychologist of Pink Zebra Psychology (PZP), here at the Creating Care Studio.
As a late-identified, multiply neurodivergent, twice-exceptional (2e) AuDHD, neuro-affirming psychologist, I practise within the Neurodiversity-Affirming Paradigm and the Social Model of Disability. I view neurological differences as natural human variation and focus on reducing external barriers rather than “fixing” people.
Grounded in lived experience and evidence-based practice, I offer warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental support. My work centres identity-first language, accessibility, consent, and comfort, with deep attunement to masking and less-visible neurodivergent experiences.
I create a safe, inclusive, and colourful space where therapy is about understanding yourself, building self-trust, and celebrating your identity.
